Former Formula 1 race driver Jos Verstappen has been fined €1650 and handed a suspended three month prison sentence for threatening his ex-wife Sophie Kumpen. His wife claimed Verstappen has threatened her by text message, assaulted her, and slashed the tyres on her car three times, the Dutch radio Omroep Brabant said.
